Working Process

Data Analysis

Analysis of training data, body measurements, workout history, training plans, and overall data quality collected by personal trainers.

Identification of missing data, inconsistent measurements, duplicated workout sessions, and challenges in accurately tracking client progress over time.

Resolve Problem

Standardization of the data model, automation of Power Query transformations, and creation of clear DAX measures to monitor progress, performance, and training efficiency.

The Challange

The main challenge was working with manually entered data from multiple trainers, varying measurement methods, and the need to present fitness progress in a clear, motivating, and easy-to-understand way for both trainers and clients.

Our Goal

  • Provide a single, centralized view of client fitness progress
  • Clearly visualize changes in strength, body weight, and body composition
  • Support trainers in optimizing training plans based on real data
  • Increase client motivation through visible trends, goals, and achievements

Result

The final outcome was a fully interactive Power BI dashboard that allows personal trainers to quickly monitor client progress, analyze training trends, compare performance over time, and track goal achievement. The report became a daily tool supporting coaching decisions and improving communication between trainers and their clients.
